Here at Rabble
Rabble was intentionally created to remind us that Mother Nature is in charge. Our goal is not to tame, but to harness her elements and create wines that are expressive, vibrant, and made in collaboration with her.
Amanda Gorter, Winemaker
Meet Amanda Gorter, Rabble’s fearless winemaker and a true force of nature. Raised as part of a fifth-generation California ag family, Amanda’s roots run deep. Her journey into wine began with a harvest gig in the Central Valley, and from the moment she caught that first whiff of fermenting grapes, she was hooked for life.
Amanda brings relentless curiosity and hands-on grit to every vintage, always eager to see what the land will throw her way. She thrives on discovering how each vineyard’s quirks show up in the glass, loving the thrill of coaxing out something unexpected and delicious every time. For Amanda, winemaking at Rabble is an adventure, a wild partnership with Mother Nature, and a chance to turn the unpredictable into unforgettable wine.
It's in the way we make our wines and grow our vines, embracing the elements of nature every day to bring you the region of Paso Robles in an expressive bottle.
Each element brings its own tension when creating well-crafted wines. Whatever Mother Nature may bring our way, we know it's worth obeying in order to bring the vibrancy of each vintage to life.
At Rabble, we're serious about sustainability and being able to craft delicious wines for generations to come. That's why we employ sustainable winemaking practices, and why we partner with 1% for the Planet to give back to the earth.
We Are Just Getting Started
Taking steps in the right direction is what we believe in, and creating well-crafted wines that embrace each element of nature is what we aim to do. After all, we see what is depicted in each of our labels when Mother Nature's elements go ignored.
